Cancelation conditions

We are very pleased to welcome you!

.... and what if something comes up?

The AGBH (General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry) apply to us.

That means:

• You can cancel free of charge up to 2 months before arrival.
• From 2 months to 1 month before arrival, the cancellation fee is 40% of the booking price.
• From 1 month to 1 week before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the booking price.
• If you cancel within the last week before arrival, we will charge you 90% of the booking price.
• In general, we deduct a processing fee of 25 euros for cancellations.

In accordance with § 8.3 of the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry 2006 (AGBH 2006), the contracting party is liable to the hotelier for any damage he or the guest or other persons who receive the services of the accommodation provider with the knowledge or will of the contracting party.
